For Candidates

When an appropriate introduction is made, the candidate is in an ideal position. That is to say that the candidate or job seeker managed to place him or her self in the perfect interview. Finding appropriate professional employment has always been a challenging task for both client and job seeker. This is precisely why organizations such as The Redbridge Group exist. We facilitate matches based on our extensive understanding of our clients needs. We advocate for our candidates because of our firm belief in their specific abilities.

How did I get here?

  1. We'll need to meet first and review your talents and passions.
  2. If we've presented you to a client, it is because we firmly believe there is a fit.

If we've made an introduction, it is because we feel strongly about your candidacy. We meet candidates in a variety of ways. Passive recruiting occurs when we contact you. We may contact you when you least expect it, but if we have contacted you it is because we've been directed to you by way of a confidential referral. We will never disclose our referral sources. We utilize the web to recruit at times by scouring resume sites. Generally we avoid these methods, but at times web based recruiting is appropriate. At times candidates reach out to us through referrals. Here, you can drop us a line and let us know where you fit and how we might be able to work together.

Let's get the ball rolling.

  • Where has your career taken you?
  • Where would you like to go now?
